If you're a fan of the delicious Vietnamese dish Phở, this is your chance to shine as the Phở Eating Contest Champion. To enter, make sure you're 18 or older, fill out an application form, pay a $20 fee, and be prepared to devour a bowl of this savory soup.
During the contest, contestants must slurp their way to victory using utensils provided by VCSA. No hands or additional utensils are allowed. You can even bring your own condiments to customize your Phở experience. To win, contestants must clear their bowl, spoon, plate, and paper mat of all broth, noodles, and meat. And don't spill, because spills will increase your time, and you must show the judges and the audience that you've consumed everything to claim your final time.
