Tuna is in Season!

We're not talking about the fish though, the tuna we meant was the fruit of the Prickly Pear cactus. This tasty little treat has been a staple in The Lone Star State even before there was a Lone Star State, and even before America! A lot of people argue whether it tastes like melons or strawberries, or even kiwis, but we can all agree that it is quite tasty!
