âItâs gotta be the right balance, because we want to make everything in-house. We want to impress people, showing itâs a little better, a little different, that weâve done things fresher with an original take on it. But we also donât want people to be scared off, because sometimes people donât want to hear about it being maybe too fancy. So we walk that line.â Jon said.

âItâs all about the sauce for us here. Sauces and spices are scratch-made, in-house. We do all the classics⌠buffalo, lemon pepper, barbecue, garlic parmesan, we do all those things,â Jon said.
Proper Wing Kitchen serves up bone-in chicken wings, darks, flats, boneless chicken, and a wide variety of dips that take inspiration from American and Asian cuisines.
