Try this steak recipe with your favorite cut of steak and simply adjust the time for the thickness of the steak. The herb and lemon butter (how long does butter last?) used to baste the steak keeps the meat beautifully moist, helps cook it more efficiently, and most importantly, lets those delicious flavors soak into the meat.
