How to Make Bisquick Sausage Balls

We Texans love to repurpose one type of food to transform it into even better versions of themselves. From Frito pies to deep fried… well… everything!

Bisquick sausage balls, made with ground sausage and cheese (lots of it!), is a retro party appetizer and holiday favorite. But they don't have to be restricted to game nights and thanksgiving. These little bites of delight, in fact, make for perfect summertime snacks. They're quick and easy to make (even in large quantities), they please a crowd, and they're convenient to pack and serve, which makes them ideal for picnics and al fresco lunches.
