4 pcs Chicken Thighs, bone-in, skin-on
2 tablespoons Olive Oil, divided
1 tablespoon Butter, unsalted
4 pcs Garlic Cloves (how long do cloves last?), minced and divided
1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 pcs Sweet Potatoes, cut into ½” thick slices

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Dry the chicken thighs on both sides with a paper towel and slightly massage to loosen the skin from the meat.
