This weekend they'll be celebrating local vendors and artisans that produce specialty crops! Expect to find some of the best local and seasonal goods at the market that's hard to find outside of the local area! As an added bonus, they will also be having a Salsa and Jam contest at the market at the same time! Of course, all of the market favorites will be there like local honey, herbs, plants, olive oil, and more!

Of all the summer fruits, nothing refreshes more than the watermelon! What better way to welcome (or deal with!) summer than with a lovely watermelon festival? This Saturday, July 24, the Downtown Wichita Falls Farmers Market will be having a watermelon fest! Fun activities for everyone! There's going to be seed spitting contests, a watermelon carver, watermelon-themed food and drinks, and of course, the freshest and juiciest watermelons around!
