The one with the view!

Aurelias El Paso is a brewhouse, bottle shop, restaurant and beer brewery near me like no other. Literally. The name Aurellia is an acronym for the artificial intelligence-based system that brews the beer in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way, with mathematical precision. They say it’s not the fittest that survive, it’s the most adaptable. Well, we reckon this new kid on the block is going to be around for a long time.
